The health, safety and well-being of our community, colleagues, customers and their families continues to be our highest priority. Therefore, Jacksons, Motor Mall and Isle of Man Motorcycles remain temporarily closed.
We are operating our online and telephone platforms whilst many of our staff work from home. We are contacting customers who have appointments for Sales and Service to postpone and re-arrange.
If you are a key worker who needs your motor car for essential work and are experiencing a problem, please call 01624 616161 and we will try our best to get you back on the road.

Give us a call or email and we will re-arrange for you.
Although it is important to get your vehicle serviced regularly. Completing your service at a later date will not damage your vehicle in any aspect unless it had an under lying problem.
My car has broken down, what shall I do?
If you have break-down assistance or cover please call you provider.
If outside of warranty, our ability to assist is limited, however if you are a key worker who needs your motor car for essential work please call 01624 616161.
I have a NEW/ APPROVED car on order, will I need to wait?
