Porsche Club GB take a trip to Porsche Centre Isle of Man at Jacksons

Sunday 15th May saw the Porsche Club Great Britain return to Porsche Centre Isle of Man at Jacksons. Organizer Derek Flint had a great time catching up with our Head of Business Darren Moore.

With over 30 cars ranging from classics to 992s it was fantastic to see so many wonderful Porsche's on the Island. This is the clubs 21st Manx Tour and the first time back since Covid hit our shores. Derek, who is from the Isle of Man treated the visitors to the best routes around the island, including the famous unrestricted Mountain Road, part of the historic 39 mile TT circuit.

Porsche Centre Isle of Man at Jacksons was also on hand when one of the owners had a problem with a tyre that needed replacing and couldn’t be driven. A new tyre was arranged by overnight delivery and fitted the next day so the driver could enjoy the rest of the Tour.

All loved the island, multiple events were managed in their itinerary including a trip to the islands well known Fynoderee Distillery, producers of locally distilled gin, rum and vodka. Guests were among the first to hear about the distilleries latest venture, true Manx whiskey. No one drove back to the hotel after this excursion!
