Customer Service Manager

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience

Van Mossel Jacksons are seeking a dedicated Service Department Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our front desk, Service Advisors, and Service Collection & Delivery staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service across all franchises while managing repair requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
• Manage Service Advisors and Collection & Delivery staff, maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee the service reservation system and workshop tracking to maximise workshop capacity.
• Ensure customer repair requirements are met to the highest standard.
• Uphold and enhance customer service excellence across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience within the motor industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and rep
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
