Van Mossel Jacksons are looking for a full time Warranty & Service Administrator to join our exceptional service department.
This is an office-based role ensuring invoicing & costing, warranty & goodwill administration are completed fully within time and within the manufactures & Van Mossel Jacksons guidelines.
Completion of ad-hoc tasks such as daily job card preparation, checking and identifying recalls by manufacturers, electronic scanning, filing, and handling of customer calls to secure appointments and assist with queries within the department.
Working within a small friendly team, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
The right person will have office experience, an eye for detail, confident. Experience in a similar role would be preferred but full training will be given.
