You wouldn't normally find me anywhere near a car dealer, let alone writing a review about one. But, I saw something that caught my eye online, sent an initial enquiry, and within a few days was driving it away. Hands down the simplest, easiest, most hassle-free deal ever. Amy (ask for her, you won't be disappointed) was simply amazing; thorough and attentive, no nonsense, and nothing too much trouble. The coffee is pretty decent as well!

I purchased a Lexus vehicle from Jackson’s Isle of Man and would like to comment that my experience of the purchase and after sales follow up, all handled by Amy Valiant ( Sales Executive ) was exceptional. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the vehicle and handling of the paperwork was excellent and her thorough explanation of all the relative enhanced options is a credit to the efficient quality of staff employed by Jackson’s. Her total approach, friendly and business like, is something to be valued and unfortunately is missing in many companies today. If I was in business today, I would be tempted to poach Amy !!
